Full SL-36 model lathe are all made of high-quality cast iron and have undergone tempering and stress relief treatment to ensure that the equipment maintains excellent reliability and stability during long-term operation.

The processing area adopts a fully enclosed design, featuring excellent waterproof and operational safety performance. This model supports collaborative operation with robotic arms and can integrate various automation solutions such as oil baths, air baths, vibrating plates, and automatic loading and unloading.

Equipped with a rigid 30° inclined bed structure, high-precision 25-gauge linear guides and grinding grade ball screws, it significantly enhances cutting efficiency and operating speed.

With a spacious processing space, supports a wide range of live tool options, enables multi-axis milling and turning operations, good ability to perform off-center Y-axis milling.

The working length of the X-axis reaches 600mm. Combined with the gang-type tool system, it can significantly improve the efficiency of single processing.

The hydraulic clamping system (optional disc brake) provides high-rigidity support for heavy-duty turning and milling operations and enables 360° full-process precise control of the C-axis.

A variety of tool turret configurations with different spindle diameters and chuck sizes are provided to meet various processing requirements.

SL-36 provides both two-axis high-precision turning and the possibilities of complex multi-tasking operations like hard turning, taper turning, parting, facing, boring, grooving, reaming, drilling, threading, knurling, etc. Easily handle the bar materials with diameter max. Φ36 mm or individual work pieces diameter max. Φ350mm (Chuck size max. Φ50mm).
