STA36-46 Double-spindle CNC machine tool (with fixed tool holder in the middle and 30° inclined bed)

The equipment features a 35° slanted integrated base structure. Both the main and sub spindles are driven by their respective X and Z axes, allowing the entire machining process to be completed in the time required to machine only one end. The machine has passed years of continuous 24-hour automatic operation testing, demonstrating strong adaptability to harsh machining environments. It offers mature process solutions for stainless steel and chrome steel workpieces and comes standard with an automatic chip-pushing function that removes 80% of chips entangled around the cutting tools, preventing machining defects caused by chip wrapping. The equipment provides excellent compatibility with various automation systems and can be configured flexibly according to production requirements.

All load-bearing transmission components of the equipment—such as the integrated base, saddle, and spindle box are made of HT250 cast iron. C3-grade ball screws are sourced from Taiwan HIWIN/PMI, while linear guides and ball sliders are from HPTM. Bearings are supplied by Japan’s NACHI or NSK. The main spindle is a high-precision sleeve-type spindle with bearings from Japan’s NTN or Koyo and can be optionally configured as a Taiwan Posa spindle or an electric spindle. Servo motors can be selected from VEICHI or Taiwan SYNTEC, and the control system options include Taiwan LNC 5850D or SYNTEC 22TB.
