All load-bearing transmission components of the equipment—such as the integrated base, saddle, and spindle box are made of HT250 cast iron. The ball screws are from Taiwan HIWIN/PMI, linear guides from HPTM, and bearings from Japan’s NACHI. The main spindle is a high-precision sleeve-type spindle, while the sub-spindle is an electric spindle. The control system is Taiwan LNC 5850D, and the servo motors are supplied by VEICHI or DEALOUR.
