The machine adopts an inclined-bed and dual-spindle structure. The fully enclosed design prevents chip accumulation,and equipped with an automatic chip conveyor, it eliminates the need for manual cleaning inside the machine. The main spindle is fixed while the sub-spindle moves to follow during machining, making it better suited for long bar material processing and ensuring concentricity. With an X-axis travel of up to 1350 mm, the machine can accommodate various special process extensions (such as fly cutter disks and 3+3 power heads), enabling complex workpieces to be completed in a single setup.
