TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

• We independently developed high-power synchronous electric spindles, including FANUC 5.5KW and the new generation 8.2KW. The power of the main spindle and the auxiliary spindle is the same, with quick acceleration and deceleration response and high efficiency. The performance is outstanding.
• It adopts the electric spindle structure, with power of FANUC 5.5KW and the new generation 8.2KW, large torque, spindle speed of 8000 r/min, high-speed cutting.
• The length of the long shaft processed at one time is 220mm.The upper type indexing structure ensures no chips during rough machining.
• The large lead screw adopts a 32mm/25mm double nut structure in the middle.The large guide rail is 30mm/25mm，ensuring cutting rigidity. The screw bearing seat is a dedicated high-precision structure. 
• Each axis uses a large-power servo motor with a thrust of 1300W and 850W， ensuring large cutting capacity.
• The power head ER20 and ER16 has good rigidity for milling.The overall moving speed of the machine is 30m/min， with high-speed cutting and high efficiency.
• The power heads S3，S4，and S5 can be applied in three directions as needed and conveniently. 
• It is equipped with 25 tools， and can be selected to install plug-in power heads and cyclone milling heads. 
• The bed， motor frame， bearing seat， and auxiliary spindle table all adopt a combined structure to ensure a tight mechanical structure and a beautiful appearance.
• The standard configuration includes high pressure， with options of 40-70kg. The weight of this machine is 4000KG.
