- This machine adopts a hydraulic clamping structure for the main spindle and auxiliary spindle (hydraulic rotating cylinder), which ensures that the workpiece will not come loose during drilling and heavy cutting;
- It adopts an electric spindle structure with large bearings and good rigidity, and strong cutting capacity;
- The maximum processing length of the main shaft in one operation is 220mm;
- The one-sided U-shaped indexing structure ensures no chips are stuck during rough machining and turning;
- It uses a double-nut structure with a 32mm large screw and a 25mm medium screw.It also uses a large guide rail: 30mm and 25mm, ensuring cutting rigidity, and the screw bearing seat is of a dedicated high-precision structure;
