The equipment is a slant-bed and double-spindle CNC lathe with a fully enclosed machining area that can be equipped with an automatic chip removal system,eliminating the need for manual cleaning. It comes standard with a built in dual-gantry robot, which occupies less space, offers faster response, shorter loading/unloading time, and lower maintenance costs compared with traditional separate robots—making it ideal for stable mass production of workpieces.Both the main and sub spindles are driven by their respective Z-axes, minimizing accumulated mechanical errors and achieving a docking accuracy within 0.01 mm. The specially designed integrated base structure effectively absorbs vibration generated during high-speed motion of transmission components, ensuring stable machining performance when both spindles operate simultaneously.

The equipment features an integrated 35° slant-bed structure, with all cast components made of HT300 cast iron. Transmission parts (ball screws, linear guides, and sliders) are sourced from Taiwan HIWIN/PMI brands, while bearings are supplied by Japan’s NACHI. The spindle can be optionally configured as a disk-type motor spindle or a built-in electric spindle according to production requirements. Control system options include Taiwan LNC 5850D or SYNTEC 22TB.
