  • This machine adopts a hydraulic clamping structure (hydraulic rotating cylinder) for the main shaft and auxiliary main shaft. It ensures that the workpiece will not come loose during drilling and heavy cutting. 
  • TD466, it uses a mechanical shaft structure with large bearings and good rigidity, and has strong cutting capacity.
  • The maximum processing length of the main shaft in this machine is 220mm.
  • The one-sided U-shaped indexing structure ensures no chips are stuck during rough machining and turning.
  • The large screw rod adopts a double-nut structure of 32mm in the middle and 25mm at the middle.It uses large guide rails: 30mm and 25mm, which ensure the rigidity of cutting. The screw rod bearing seat is of a dedicated high-precision structure.
  • Each axis uses a high-power servo motor with a thrust of 1300W and 850W to ensure heavy cutting capacity.
  • The power head ER20 and ER16 have good rigidity for milling.The entire machine has a moving speed of 30m/min, which is suitable for high-speed cutting and has high efficiency. 
  • The power heads S3, S4, and S5 can be applied in any direction with ease.
  • This machine is equipped with 32 cutting tools, and it can be optionally equipped with plug-in power heads and cyclone milling heads.
