- We independently developed high-power synchronous electric spindles, including FANUC 5.5KW and new generation 8.2KW. The power of the main spindle and auxiliary spindle is the same, with fast acceleration and deceleration response and high efficiency. The performance is outstanding
- The maximum processing length of the long shaft is 230mm at one time.
- It adopts a double-nut structure of 32mm in the middle and 25mm in the middle on the large lead screw.
- The large guide rail is 30mm/25mm, ensuring the rigidity of cutting. The lead screw bearing seat is of a dedicated high-precision structure.
- Each axis uses a high-power servo motor with a thrust of 1300W and 850W, ensuring large-scale cutting.
- The power head ER20 and ER16 have good milling rigidity.The entire machine has a moving speed of 30m/min, high-speed cutting, and high efficiency.
- The power heads S3, S4, S5, and S6 can be applied in all four directions conveniently.
